The zoo conducted research and documentation of its history in order to lay the groundwork for a zoo history exhibit. The zoo will also finalize archival preservation and documentation of all historical photos, data and artifacts for use in a zoo history exhibit. Contractors will also document 10 to 15 people with a significant history with the zoo and will record and edit interviews.

This 30-minute magazine-style program showcases regional arts, history and cultural heritage events, people and places of significance. Legacy Profiles airs weeknights during primetime and is rebroadcast overnight and on weekends as weel as on Lakeland's LPLUS digital channel. Each episode is comprised of two to three major segments, each approximately seven to nine minutes in length.

Lakeland Public Television will produce a minimum of twenty-six interstitials that will air between regular programs. Material for these 30 to 60 second spots will be associated with topics that are discussed in the Common Ground program. This format will be an excellent high profile means to share content and information with our viewers.
