ACHF Grant for Organizations
With Expression Therapy activities with artists who are licensed therapists. Camp One Heartland hosts over 450 youth, ages 7-17, living with or affected by HIV/AIDS, facing homelessness, in the LGBTQ+ community, or working towards a healthier lifestyle.
