Installation of 35-40 monitoring wells in the 11 county metropolitan area. Contractor will provide site selection, assistance in technical specifications for drilling services, oversight of well drilling activities, preparation of detailed documentation of following: a) well construction logs (as built), b) boring log records of geologic materials encountered during drilling, c) photographic log showing well location, d) documentation of well devlopment activities, e) a brief informational history of land use activities at the well installation site and f) well location maps and site sketches or diagrams that designate site features that could affect groundwater quality.
