Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Outcome 2: PAC will have gathered information to determine the best course of action to continue to educate the general public to better understand, appreciate, preserve, and promote the Arts of Theater, Dance, Music, and Visual Arts. Outcome 5: Those participating in ?Shrek the Musical? will have a chance to perform in front of a new audience and the chance to work with a new director. It is the hope of PAC to reach a new demographic in choosing a more modern show and a new director. PAC will survey participants to determine their satisfaction with their experience in "Shrek the Musical" and suggestions for improvements for future productions. The audience will be surveyed for ideas on how to improve the audience experience at future productions. PAC Board Members will have conversations with various individuals from both groups to gather more specific information about the production.

Measurable Outcome(s)

PAC surveyed participants to determine their satisfaction with their experience in "Shrek the Musical" and suggestions for improvements for future productions. The audience was surveyed for ideas on how to improve the audience experience at future productions and asked about how to improve access to the arts for various groups in our community. Participants in the show enjoyed their time. Overall, the cast agreed they would participate in another PAC production if they were able. Overall, the audience liked the show. They enjoyed the more modern script and more families attended than compared to other more classic shows we have produced. One area that both participants and audience members said PAC could improve in was having more opportunities for children to participate in theatre.
