Students have the opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of opera from professional artists in a personal setting, learning opera choral pieces, and receiving individual vocal and interpretive in-school sessions. They then can perform these pieces in three different public venues.Mr. Gardner will evaluate the effectiveness of large group rehearsal presentations, providing commentary based on individual responses to private lessons. He will track the number of students who participate, take lessons, perform, and students attending the free dress rehearsal or capstone.
