Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

BRAVA! will perform concerts in nursing homes, adult care centers, senior residences, and prisons, serving underserved populations. BRAVA! will count the number of attendees at each site, solicit feedback/comments from the Social Program Director and report comments made by residents after each performance.

Measurable Outcome(s)

BRAVA! was able to serve nineteen venues for concerts during 2013. Without the help of the grant dollars, we would have been able to serve only eleven venues in 2013. We were able to perform for eight more audiences as a result of these grant dollars. We evaluated our outcomes by leaving an evaluation form for each venue. The form included the audience description, and number in the audience, feedback including comments from the audience and Social Director. One hundred percent of the venues provided an evaluation completed by the social director.
