Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Quantitative: We anticipate a marked increase in audience numbers as we increased capacity in a larger theater and sold out previous year two weeks early as well as an increase in participants because school enrollment has grown. Qualitative: Success will be measured by the response of the audience and participants to the enhanced production elements from the grant including development of culturally sensitive choreography and the addition of a new backdrop and props. We will track audience attendance and participant counts and also administer surveys to both groups as we hope to increase audience numbers significantly this year as the theater capacity has increased; We will monitor and document social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) engagement and website activity to determine numbers of new viewers and repeat visits of current viewers.
