Measurable Outcome(s)

Count of the number of attendees was hampered by the heavy rains during the peak hours. Many stayed away until after the rains, so we are unable to provide a confident quantitative evaluation. Before the rains, we counted a significant increase in attendees of teenagers and huge numbers from the majority population. Photos of the stage area during last hours, show larger than normal spectators.
