Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
CulturFest will increase attendance and participation in 2016 to more Minnesotans. Those in attendance will remain at the festival for a longer period of time to experience more of the artists and activities provided. Our program evaluator will coordinate interviews with all artists and performers and 100 of those in attendance asking them a series of questions designed to inform planners about their experience. Portions of the festival will be videotaped/reviewed.

Our event provided more Minnesotans access to the arts including groups who would otherwise not be able to have access due to location and resources.
