Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

More at-risk youth will have access to participation in out-of-school arts programs, because barriers of cost, language, and culture are recognized and addressed. All youth may explore art forms without feeling intimidated or competing for a grade. All Northfield Union of Youth programs are evaluated in cooperation with Northfield School District, Healthy Community Initiative and PRIMEtime, through data collection and evaluation. Personal stories, surveys, and observed behavior change are also part of the evaluation process.

Measurable Outcome(s)

63% more youth had access to the arts through the Key in 2016 vs 2015 - 564 (2016) vs 345 (2015) unduplicated youth.
