Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. Surveys will be held that are designed by 3 board members. Volunteers will distribute the survey to each person who enters the center to view a display. Board members will collect the surveys after each display and tabulate the results at the end of each exhibit,

Measurable Outcome(s)

We did not have many surveys turned in. Many people did not want to touch things and without receptions it was hard to reach larger numbers. Attendance was down due to Covid-19 after we did open up. We changed the event on the survey as the events changed. It is interesting Word of mouth is our best advertising with Web page and Facebook 2nd. We have redone our web page and are using social media on a more regular basis. The largest population to attend was white non Hispanic which represents our community. We do have a Hispanic population and they do support our exhibits geared to them.
