The number of Minnesotans that are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, types, and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases.We will hand out a paper survey at the first concert and have board members interview audience members and record their comments. Results will be used to improve future concerts.
