The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases.They will conduct an audience survey. Also, season ticket sales will be compared to prior years. Both survey and ticket sales will indicate the degree of satisfaction with the concerts booked.
