Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
The number of Minnesotans who are able to participate in the arts increases. The quality, types and number of arts opportunities in our region, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases.Surveys will be taken at both shows. They will also survey the teens that attend the Youth in Harmony day. These surveys will be tabulated by a member of their management team. The performance at the Regional Convention in April will be evaluated by trained judges and they will know by the points scored how much improvement has been made.
