Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
The number of Minnesotans who participate in the arts festivals and folk and traditional activities increases. The variety and number of festivals and traditional arts activities in our region/state increases. They will conduct video and audio interviews on smart phones with festival attendees, online survey questionnaires, data collection on attendance at festival events and local arts classes, and follow-up interviews with local businesses to see how they benefitted.
