The number of Minnesotans who participate in the arts festivals and folk and traditional activities increases. The variety and number of festivals and traditional arts activities in our region/state increases. They will update the survey from Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council and an additional survey through their Facebook page. The President will create the survey, distribute it, and tabulate the results.
