Provide 20 watercolor artists in Northern Minnesota an opportunity to explore personal style and purposeful painting. Provide an affordable arts learning opportunity for adult watercolor artists of all skill levels.Evaluations from students and reception by community. Evaluate by attendance goals and series of surveys at beginning, completion, and exhibition of their work.
