Project Details

Establish an Arrowhead regional storytelling conference with workshops and performances. Writing and performance will be the focus of this conference. The first year will include 4 workshops focused on writing in four engres and performances by the four.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Present four writing/storytelling workshops with at least ten participants in each. Present a storytelling performance with at least 40 paid attendees.Individual surveys for each of the workshops asking for input on the topics, pricing, location, relevance and quality. Track number of participants in workshops and at the final performance. Successful cross promoting with Lake Superior Writers, Story Arts Minnesota, and Arrowhead Reading Association to advertise and promote these events.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Held a storytelling conference with workshops for participants. Everything was well attended with higher than expected turnout.
