Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

25 underserved Burnsville students in grades 3-5 will rehearse and perform an original musical. Of those students, 80% of the registered participants will experience technical theater for the first time and will perform on a stage that is conducive to a professional theater experience. 200 audience members will attend the "pay as you are able" community performance, including family members, members of the community, and teachers and staff from ISD 191. Participants will complete an oral survey that will include requests for feedback regarding their experience and interest in future projects. An audience survey will be distributed during the community performance requesting feedback on their experience; feedback requests may include accessibility to the performance, how the audience member was notified about the performance, and thoughts about the quality of the performance.
