That at least 80% of Vocational Immersion Program participants will develop skills through the arts that have a positive impact their social and vocational goals. That participants collaborate successfully and feel that the project improved their overall personal satisfaction and outlook on their lives and the work they do. The evaluation will include a rating scale for participant satisfaction and skill development. Evaluation will also include direct support professional feedback regarding effectiveness and impact.
