Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The quantity and types of arts learning opportunities in the state, and the organizations or venues that offer them increases. Arts learning opportunities are more accessible to Minnesota because barriers to participation have been identified and mitigated. More Minnesotans are engaged in arts learning opportunities.

Measurable Outcome(s)

1. Twenty community editors underwent an intensive fourteen-week apprenticeship in the literary arts. 2. We accepted three more community editors than originally planned--there was strong support from the community. 2: We had twenty community editors, many without transportation. We provided rides. Three people had limited access to computers, so we provided hard copies of all the writing. We provided stipends for participating.
