Evaluation tools used include tracking participant attendance at each session and a participant survey at the end of each arts program. As a result of this grant opportunity, 572 youth participated in arts programs that would otherwise not been offered. Participant attendance was taken at each session. Club staff recorded member participation on a sign in form at each session and then entered the data on the Clubs' member tracking software KidTrax to determine frequency of attendance.
