ACHF Arts Access
As a result of this program, East Grand Forks residents will feel welcome and engaged at arts programming because East Grand Forks Campbell Library will help to break down real and perceived barriers to the arts. Evaluation will occur through informal participant interviews and voting during programs, artist questionnaires after events, personal observation, and attendance numbers.
After counting attendance numbers, observing events, interviewing participants and artists, the East Grand Forks Campbell Library was able to break down some real and perceived barriers - attracting new participants and offering flexible attendance options for those unable to attend in person.
