ACHF Arts Education
As a result of this program, 4-H youth in Kittson County will be comfortable exploring new ways to express themselves through the arts while building communication skills and self-confidence. Evaluation will occur through participant questionnaires after events, notes related to personal observations of how the events went, participation numbers, and by having participants describe their experience.
We were able to provide four art learning experiences for youth plus grow our tech capabilities to provide better/accessible future events for our community and families. We engaged youth in new knowledge and activities beyond their comfort zones and expanded their understanding and participation in the arts. We built relationships between youth and adults through local artists and mentors to continue to foster that engagement in the arts and have more healthy mentorships to look up to.
