The number of Minnesotans who are engaged in arts learning opportunities increases.Personal observation of activities, follow-up meeting with project planners.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Our project initially had two goals including 1) teaching the process to students, and 2) to impact the community through the artwork itself. Goal number one was not well attained because circumstance around the project changed.
