Learning from other artistic directors from around the country should better enable the continuous and ongoing re-envisioning of what audiences need and thus enable us to better provide access to the kinds of participation that Minnesotans most want. By a more fully thriving program that more vitally engages our extended community.

Several specific ideas from and relationships with conference participants have increased our community engagement. A specific example, we are developing a senior's theatre program based on discussions with a conference participant.
