Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The measurable goals of this project are two-fold: 1) to increase the public’s awareness of the Arts Council and what we do and 2) to begin a discussion about the direction we should take with future programming. We will easily be able to track any increase in membership as a result of the distribution of our brochure. Measuring the level of interest in future programming will be a little harder to track. Our coordinator will keep a record of all communication that comes through the office – emails, phone calls, office visits. Board members will report at future board meetings about any responses they have received and these will be recorded by the coordinator in the log.

Measurable Outcome(s)

So far 18 people have joined or re-joined the Arts Council as a result of receiving the brochure. This may sound like a small number, but, in fact, it is 10% of our total membership. Celebrate Art! Celebrate Coffee! is our next big event and we plan to distribute a lot of brochures at the event. We anticipate we will get more memberships as a result.
