Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)
Our goals for this project are: To enhance the effectiveness of our community presentations by using a PowerPoint projector, To improve the artistic skills of members through increased access to artistic training and experience, To increase the number of members who publicly exhibit their work from 15 currently to 18 within 15 months of the project's start date, To increase our number of scheduled exhibits from 4 currently to 6 within 12 months, and To better organize our equipment and supplies in one secure central space.We will evaluate the success of our project by: Recording the number of PowerPoint presentations we give, including the number of viewers at community or school based gatherings. Schedule quarterly meetings to evaluate our progress in reaching the goals we have set for public exhibits and presentations.
Measurable Outcome(s)
