Regional arts organizations expand their artistic and technical skills as well as those of their constituents. Regional audiences have access to performances beyond their traditional scope. Arts organizations will provide financial support for local and regional artists to take part in their programming and performances allowing artists the opportunity to continue to work in their communities.
