Produce an 11-day winter art show that will turn the streets of Ely into an art gallery where area artists will display their work in the windows of Ely retail stores.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Comments about the quality of the art and display were especially positive and more participating local merchants than in the past. There were over 50 volunteers, a larger number than usual.
