Work together with other arts organizations in the community and provide outlets for both writers and photographers. The measurable outcomes will be photographer and writer participation and evidence of community awareness of the library.Counting the number of writing and photographic entries for each month as well as counting the unique number of individuals submitting entries. Count the number of different winners indicating quality of entries from different sources.
