Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The new wireless microphones will allow all actors with key roles to wear individual microphones during plays and musicals, boosting overall sound quality for all attendees. They will also allow Lakeshore to broaden its selection of musicals to include those with more robust orchestral parts, such as those in the rock style, which actors cannot sing without microphones. Administrative staff will analyze responses to the question could you adequately hear the performance? in paper surveys of attendees handed out along with printed show programs to evaluate the effectiveness of the new microphone system. The House Manager will interact with patrons before and after each show and gauge feedback about the audio quality of the performance and share results with administrative staff.
