Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The goal of this project is to advance my artistic career, vision and income by creating a line of dustpans and hooks to complement the artistic brooms that I already produce and sell. Measurable outcomes include the number of dustpan styles that I create and market, the number of hook styles that I create and market, and the income generated from the sales of dustpans and hooks. The success of this project will be evaluated by soliciting feedback from my mentor and people who test the dustpans and hooks. Specific measures used to evaluate the outcome of this project will be the number of sales and income generated through the sales of the dustpans and hooks developed through this grant. This will be tracked through use of inventory spreadsheets.

Measurable Outcome(s)

This project resulted in my having five new models of artistic dustpans, two new models of hook systems for hanging brooms and dustpans, and thus far an overall increase in business revenue of 10%.
