Proficiency-based assessments for L/Dakota and Ojibwe to meet the requirement of the Minnesota Bilingual Seals to provide students the opportunity to earn college semester credit, trained raters and feedback from students who have taken the assessments.

Number of students taking the assessments and earning seals. Data on the strengths in language proficiency and data on the number of schools participating in piloting and adminstering the assessments. Qualitative data from student feedback.
