The zoo will build programs that are accurate, current and science based that are appropriate for audience age, knowledge and perspectives. Outreach presentations are age appropriate, follow Minnesota academic standards in Life Science, are hands-on, incorporate both animals and artifacts, and actively involve participants in touching, talking and asking questions.
