Jazz Noir is an hour long radio show teaming a Minnesota Writer/Playwright with a Minnesota Jazz Composer to produce a one hour radio "noir" drama about St. Paul during the 20s and 30s.

Measurable Outcome(s)

 The Jazz Noir radio show took place at the end of April 2013, and there have been more than 150 tickets sold for two performances. The Jazz at MPS project has included 3 high schools so far point and approximately 30 students. The average quarterly hour listenership is around 1,000 listeners.
