To provide grants to Minnesota filmmakers. The number of grants funded, number of FTEs created, and the creation of projects that promote Minnesota's cultural heritage will be tracked.
Description of Funds
This grant contract was terminated, because it was found by a state auditor that MN Film & TV did not follow proper review procedures as stated in their RFP. MN Film & TV was awarded $94,355 of the initial $200,000 which they were able to retain. The remaining balance of $103,645 was re-granted to MN Film & TV in FY 13.
