Develop new campground loop at one equestrian campground. Construct an off-highway vehicle campground. Enhance one group camp. Develop four new camper cabins. Develop two key trail connections and fill funding
gaps to develop priority trail segments.
Measurable Outcome(s) 
Two park projects (sanitation station at Mille Lacs and trail center at Bear Head) are completed – FY14 Legacy provided
partial funding. 30 additional new park and trail development projects to be paid for with FY14/15 Legacy funding are in design.
