The Museum will also use Legacy funds to combine the best elements of children's museum experiences and community partnerships through the development and installation of Smart Play Spots in non-museum locations, such as libraries and community centers, throughout Greater Minnesota.
Measurable Outcome(s)
- Early learning environments will be installed in six non-museum locations throughout Greater MN
- Children and families will experience high quality early literacy environments that provide children with foundational knowledge and skills leading to increased school readiness
- Adults will increase awareness of their critical roles in children’s early literacy development
- Children and families will Increase positive, early literacy focused adult-child interactions
