Faribault County amended its Subsurface Sewage Treatment System and Well Sealing Loan Ordinance to include an ongoing maintenance requirement that owners will comply with all aspects of this County’s Subsurface Ordinance including all maintenance, required pumping of the system and records of maintenance. Any failure to comply is subject to immediate call of the entire loan to be paid within thirty (30) days. Homeowners will need to provide pumping records to Planning and Zoning to establish compliance with the ordinance. Planning and Zoning keeps pumping records updated in a database.
