Counties are eligible for these grants, abiding by MS 115.55 Sec. 2, to implement SSTS programs including inventories, enforcement, databases and systems to insure SSTS maintenance reporting programs. Counties must abide by Minnesota Rules 7080 and their locally adopted SSTS ordinance when implementing grants from this appropriation.
