Cecily Harris is an appointee for the Department of Natural Resources. She is a resident of Marine on Saint Croix in Washington County. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Renewable Natural Resources, Wildlife Sciences and Masters of Business Administration degree in Marketing. Her career has included many years as staff, consultant, volunteer or board member with nonprofit conservation organizations and city and county park departments. Her management level positions focused on alternative funding, marketing, planning, policy, and program development. Cecily has served on numerous nonprofit organization Boards of Directors, was been appointed to several city and State of California committees and commissions and was elected to an open space district Board. She enjoys camping, hiking, cross-country skiing and paddling in the many parks and open spaces in Minnesota.-
