Minnesota Authors Beth Dooley and Beatrice Ojakangas as well as Minnesota historical reenactor Ruth Andre Krause all appeared at the Milaca Community Library in the fall of 2017.

Participants will complete a survey following the program and we will track attendance at the program. Desired outcomes include participants will be exposed to multiple aspects of cooking and it's relationship to Minnesota culture. They will also learn about the history of food and cooking and talk with local Minnesota authors and experts on cooking.

Survey comments included: 'Wonderful and really enjoyed the foods Beth brought' & 'Very entertaining - wonderful to hear from such a prominent MN cooking expert.'
