  • Exciting way of learning history
  • It was very interesting & fun to watch
  • Very Nice!
  • Excellent voice – fun interaction

Mahnomen:

  • Loved it.  She was very friendly & comfortable to watch
  • Great!

 Hawley:

  • The presentation style was a perfect blend of advance instruction, entertainment & education.
  • I loved the stories and the music.
  • Elisa is an amazing performer.
  • I thoroughly enjoyed this very intimate & professional performance.  I left a richer human having been exposed to an art form that was real, honest & live!!
  • Wonderfully entertaining!

Shelly LINK Site:

  • Elisa is very talented – she plays the guitar well – she has done a lot of research – I liked her stories, but should talk slower and more clearly – she has a nice singing voice – her style of singing made it hard for me to understand the words.  Elisa seemed very comfortable in front of an audience.
  • Needs to slow down when speaking and singing!
  • Excellent presentation however I would have liked a familiar song or two mixed in.
  • I enjoyed it, but would not to another.  Why not get Mr. Button, the fastest guitar picker? (From Lake Park or Wadena)
  • I really liked it and I hope that she can come again soon, I also loved the music and I really liked the way she talked about our culture.
  • Good concert singing was a little fast from some to understand.
  • I did not like it.
  • Add one person in Minnesota history that people may know something about.
  • She talked too fast.
  • Topics not interesting to our area.
  • I thought the performance and type of music was interesting.  I haven’t heard anything quite like that before.  And hearing about those different people was interesting.

Crookston:

  • Due to hearing loss I missed a lot.
  • I like the song dedicated to Chaska and the Root Beer Song.
  • I loved the Fink song.
  • So interesting, fun, light-hearted entertainment.  Crookston needs much more of these special events!
  • Delightful, enriching experience.  Thank you!
  • Beautiful voice.  Really good memory to remember all those words and stories!
