Project Overview

Create the script and a full radio drama production on the book "The Duluth Lynchings" by Michael Fedo. Mr. Fedo has agreed to grant rights to develop the radio drama on this disturbing historical event that deeply tarnished the state of Minnesota's racial history. The author of the book will offer his support for script development either by himself or assist with the selection of a contracted writer that meets the criteria of this very sensitive part of Minnesota's history. The radio drama will be recorded with state of the art digital sound recording/mixing equipment in KVSC's multi-track studio. The radio drama (most likely a series) will air on the radio and podcasts. There is potential for live staged version at a local theatre.
