Project Overview
This proposal will result in protection of 78 acres that has native prairie on the site. These parcels will then be donated to the US Fish & Wildlife Service to become a Waterfowl Production Areas (WPA's). The acquisition of this tract will us to build on the existing 320 Prairie Storm WPA and allow for the restoration and protection of 29 plus acres of wetlands. The land will be managed consistent with the WPA system and protected as such.
