Project Overview

This ten minute program will feature weekly programs with North Central Minnesota experts. These segments will air weekly throughout the year. This program is in partnership with the Leech Lake Division of Resource Management, the Leech Lake Health Division, and local experts. This program will deal with topics including forestry, land use, water quality, invasive species, plants, air quality and more. Interwoven in the program will be the Native American belief that man must protect the earth.

Production of weekly ten minute radio segments on the Environmental Voices. The number of web hits and visitors. A measure of the number of Facebook impressions. The number of web hits and visitors. A measure of the number of Facebook impressions. This program will increase the locally focused content produced by public broadcasting. Arts Culture and History will be interwoven into every facet of community life. Environmental Voices will give listeners the history of Native American in this area and stewardship of the outdoors and environment which is part of the culture.
