Cock-a-Doodle Zoo
Attendees will learn about a variety of zoo animals, their habitats, eating habits, their enemies and how we as humans can help sustain their existence and be good stewards of the environment. Attendees will also get to touch the animals.
Over half of those that completed a survey had not heard of Legacy Funds. And almost 90% agreed that they would not be able to have this experience without the support of the library. Comments included: Animals are cool! It was fun to learn about them; positive attitude towards reading and animals spikes more interest in learning more; libraries sure have come a long way since I was a child. These children are so blessed.
