Attendees will be exposed to harp music by an accomplished Minnesota harpist, learn about the harp itself, how it is played and be engaged in the appreciation of music and the arts.
Measurable Outcome(s)
76% of those in attendance were over the age of 65; over 70% were familiar with the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. Comments about the program included: What a privilege to hear such a gifted artist on a magnificent instrument; Enjoyed learning the history of the harp and about the different parts of the harp. The music was wonderful; and What a great program. Above my expectations.
