Ventriloquist James Wedgwood brought his ventriloquism show to 9 of our Outreach sites including our two Link Sites in Isanti and Onamia and our 7 stops in Braham, Hill City, Jacobson, Giese, McGrath, Askov and Duquette during the time period of June 7 thru June 25, 2013 as a special program for our summer reading program.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Attendees will learn about the mechanics and tricks of the trade of ventriloquism. They will witness the art of ventriloquism and how an individual brings an inanimate object to life. Attendees will also learn about the 2013 summer reading program and upcoming activities at the outreach sites.

Measurable Outcome(s)

83% of those in attendance felt the program met their expectations and 88% believe the quality of the program was excellent. Comments from those in attendance included: Kept the day care kids entertained for the whole program Great entertainment!; Good humor for both kids and adults; We feel so lucky to have this entertainment in a rural area Thank you.
